How to Buy
To buy at BillAntico’s is quick and easy, you simply have to choose one of the following procedures.

You can send us a purchase order and / or request a quotation by writing an email to the email address above.
We will get back to you providing the information you need and giving the availability details of the item you are interested in.

We remind you that you can also buy our products directly in our store at Sartirana Lomellina in Via Cavour 108 (appointment required).

Whatever the medium you choose, please specify in your order a correct destination address where someone can receive the package, possibly indicating a time zone preference. You will also need to enter a telephone number and / or an email address to enable us to contact you if necessary.


Please note all prices shown on the website are VAT inclusive (22%).

- Payment method:
1 Cash on Delivery (only for shipments to Italy)
Should you prefer this payment method, we will apply an additional contribution to the total amount, as stated on the payment method page. The payment will be made to the carrier at the time of delivery of the products and, according to the Italian law, just for purchases up to € 999.00. If the amount is higher, then the remainder must be paid in advance by bank transfer.

Should you choose this payment method your order will be processed only once the payment will be made and the bank receipt will be transmitted to us. The purpose of the bank transfer must contain the order number and the name and surname of the purchaser.

- Articles delivery
For each order placed, Il BillAntico issues a corresponding invoice basing on the data provided by the customer. Once the invoice is issued, it won’t be possible to make any variations to the order.

The delivery charges, if any, shall be paid by the customer and are clearly indicated in the order process. Nothing is due by the customer for the order processing.

At the time of delivery the customer has to check:
- That the number of packages is the same as indicated in the invoice.
- That the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered.

Any damage in the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages shall be immediately notified, writing “subject to inspection” and specifying the reserve reason, eg."packaging broken", "package crushed", etc. on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the bill of lading is signed, the customer may not oppose any objections on the external conditions of the delivered goods.

- Shipping and Disclaimer
For some fragile items we don’t provide shipping.
If you cannot pick your goods up, shipment is possible but just against a disclaimer from the purchaser.


- Right of withdrawal
According to the Legislative Decree n. 206/05, art. 64 et seq., if the customer is a natural person (who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate on the purchase order any VAT reference), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer should contact us at the numbers +39 338 7336072 / +39 335 5258932 within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and send a notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, stating that he would exercise his right and return to: The BillAntico, via Cavour 108 - 27020 Sartirana Lomellina.

Within 30 days from the return of goods and after verifying their integrity, The BillAntico will proceed, with the chargeback of the amount. The refund will be made by bank transfer, so the buyer shall promptly communicate his bank data (IBAN and account holder). The goods must be returned intact, with all their components and in their original packaging, preserved and used according to the appropriate purpose, without any signs of wear or dirt.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The law only refers to the product purchased in its entirety;
- The products must be returned intact, in original packaging and complete in all their parts;
- The shipment is under the full responsibility and at the expense of the customer until goods are delivered to our warehouse;
- The BillAntico is not responsible for any damages, thefts or losses of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
- Once arrived at our warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport . Should the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents) be missing, the right of withdrawal is lost
That would be the case should The BillAntico find:
  01_ not accurate use of the property which has compromised its integrity, or the use of any damaging substances or materials;
  02_ damages to the product for any reasons other than transportation.

The personal information requested for the processing of the purchase order are collected and treated to satisfy the customer’s needs. The BillAntico ensures the processing of personal data according to the Privacy Code mentioned in Legislative Decree nr. 196 of 30.06.03.
